Antoine and Vincent BOUYER are the current managers of the Hôtel de France. Vincent BOUYER is in charge of the accomodation and the administrative part whereas Antoine BOUYER is responsible for the catering business. For over a century, the Hôtel de France has been a family business owned by the BOUYER family. Their aim is to continue transmitting their values and know-how in a family-friendly environment.
